Shamed into a New Post...

Hi all!!!! Remember us???

So, I recieved a LOVELY New Year's Card in the mail and a wee note from some dear friends expressing in one phrase/word/sound how they left about my longer-than-expected hiatus from the blogging world: HUMPH!

Yikes. *sheepish grin*

I could go on and on about being busy, our camera on the fritz, blah, blah, blah... but truth is, we are all busy, stuff is always getting broken, etc, etc, and life still goes on. And others manage just fine to continue to update their blogs, facebook pages, emails, youtube channels, MSN profiles and twitter pages (what else am I missing?? ha), so it really comes down to this: I got lazy.

So, BIG apologies and I am excited to say that I am back! I'm hoping to update weekly, but we'll see... :o) So now for an update.....

Tyler and I leave in 10 days time (countdown is ON!) for Florida! YAY! We are going with 3 other couples, so it's bound to be a holiday full of laughs, more laughs and did I mention, laughs? ha! We are headed to the metropolis of Orlando where we will take in the sunshine (hopefully!), the outlets, a little of Disney (how could we not???), some golf and some humidity as my bone-dry Alberta skin needs it!

Oh yeah, I'm headed into month six of my job as a teller at TD Canada Trust, a job I started during my little break from blogging... it's probably the most challenging, at-times-stressful and yet the most funnest job I have ever had... The rollercoaster of emotions can make me want to pull my hair sometimes, but hey? What job doesn't?? :o)

That's all I can think of now, so I think I'm going to sign off and will be back with pics and posts in the weeks to come! Can't wait to get back into reading all your blogs too!!! Have Molly and Darren finally started one??? *fingers crossed*
